Roller Blading lessons

 
Pick up this excellent sport today! A great way to tone up your glutes (butt), quadriceps (thighs) and gastrocnemius (calves).
 
 
I will do my best to let you pick up roller blading in 10 sessions. Will be teaching you basic techniques such as:
 
1) standing position
2) ready position
3) balancing
4) push and glide
5) break
 
The aim of this 10 sessions package is for you to be able to skate on your own with proper techniques/posture. Each session will be approximately 1 hour depending on your progress. Might stretch a little longer if need be.
 
Lessons can take place at void deck, park/park connector or any hazard-free open space. Anywhere that is convenient for you.
 
Frequency of lessons will depend on your own schedule, I will try my best to compromise to your schedule depending on my availability. It is quite flexible.
 
Roller blades are not provided.
 
1 to 1 lessons or small group lessons available. You can grab a buddy or a few friends to learn together.
 
It costs $400 for 10 sessions (per pax).
